For
the //SORTIN DD the user must define either a pre-allocated
dataset using the DCB format RECFM=FB,LRECL=132. If a
temporary file is used, the DCB=RECFM=FB, LRECL=132 must be
defined by the user or an ABEND will be issued as e.g.the
DFSORT has no DCB information.
RA/2 Version 2.9.2 contains the enhancement allowing now to
utilize generic filters e.g. PARM=‚%CIC*,NTV*.**‘ as well.
This feature was already built-in for PGM=DEB$CD33 in
RA2002.
